Service & Support
Should you need service on a weekday, please call our main number, 310-899-2929 and ask for our scheduling manager.
Our scheduling manager will schedule a time for a service technician to take care of your service issue.
Weekend emergency services are available on a per-project basis and clients will be provided with direct phone numbers in case there is an emergency problem during the weekends.
Warranty Information
Just One Touch warranties our installation parts and labor for a period of one year from the date of final installation*. Labor and parts related to lightning or power surge are not covered by warranty. Labor related to electrical, satellite or cable providers, security or other contractors not directly commissioned by Just One Touch is also not covered by warranty. Service charges may apply for servicing or replacing a defective unit.
Note
* The final Installation date is the date the product was installed and functioning at the client residence. This may or may not coincide with a final payment.
